    You always manage to evoke so many emotions in your pieces, The shadows always seem to be telling us more that the lighter parts. Gorgeous and rich.

    joh! this was a lovely surprise because i’ve been listening to “say something” by james the whole morning and the line “i’ve shown you everything, give me a sign” really hit home. and then i saw this illustration of yours and i was like WOW! it clearly depicts what i’m feeling jud! thanks for posting as always!

    I would have liked to see more space on the corpse. eyes need to see some parts of her body. the look of the bird in the bottom amazingly bears the heaviness of death.
